Responsibility of the Contractor. The Contractor shall be responsible for the quality, technical accuracy, and the coordination of all deliverables and other services furnished by the Contractor under this Contract. The Contractor shall, without additional compensation, correct, or revise any errors or deficiencies that significantly affect the production environment, as determined by the Project Officer, which are discovered within a twelve-month period of final completion of Work.
Responsibility of the Contractor. Unless specifically noted otherwise, the contractor shall furnish all materials and services and perform all the work described by the contract documents or shall have all materials and services furnished and all the work performed at their expense. It shall be the contractor's responsibility to pay for:
a) Replacement of survey bench marks, reference points and stakes provided by the owner under Paragraph 2.2.14 and all construction staking.
b) Lands by contractor provided in accordance with Paragraph 2.3.08.
c) Insurance obtained in accordance with Paragraphs 2.7.01 and 2.7.02.
d) Fire insurance obtained in accordance with Paragraph 2.7.03.
e) Payment and Performance bond obtained in accordance with Paragraph 2.7.04.
f) Royalties required under Paragraph 2.7.05.
g) Permits and licenses required of the contractor and sub-contractors.
Responsibility of the Contractor. The Contractor shall be entirely responsible for undertaking the work under the Contract as defined in the Contract Schedule of Requirements (Schedule 2).

Responsibility of the Contractor. 2.11.1 All work shall be scheduled and performed during normal business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST) unless otherwise approved by the County.
2.11.2 The Contractor and County shall be jointly responsible for verifying unit quantities per project or per phase of each project. The Contractor shall be responsible for verifying the quantities and the removal of all materials identified in the project description, survey, plans, specifications and other contract documents. When asbestos removals are indicated, the requirement is to remove all regulated or non- friable asbestos-containing material from the locations and systems noted in the Project description, survey, plans, specifications and other contract documents. The requirement shall also to include incidental accessories that are a part of the system.
Responsibility of the Contractor. A. The Contractor shall be responsible for the professional quality, technical accuracy, and the coordination of all Scope of Work services furnished by the Contractor under this Contract. The Contractor shall, without additional compensation, correct or revise any errors or deficiencies in services provided under this Contract to the satisfaction of the City.
B. The City's review, approval of, acceptance of, or payment for the services required under this Contract shall not be construed to operate as a waiver of any rights under this Contract or of any cause of action arising out of the performance of this Contract, and the Contractor shall be and remain liable to the City for any and all damages to the City caused by the Contractor's negligent performance of any of the services furnished under this Contract.
C. The rights and remedies of the City provided for under this Contract are in addition to any other rights and remedies provided by law.
D. If the Contractor is comprised of more than one legal entity, each such entity shall be jointly and severally liable hereunder.

The Contractor shall, without additional compensation, correct, or revise any errors or deficiencies in the Work as defined in Exhibit A (Scope of Work) or services provided, which are discovered prior to final completion of construction of the Work.
Responsibility of the Contractor. 9.01 The CONTRACTOR shall assume full responsibility for the entire contract work until its final acceptance by the PPA and shall be held responsible for any damage or destruction of work until such final acceptance.
9.02 The CONTRACTOR shall be fully responsible for the safety, protection, security and convenience of its personnel, third parties and the public at large, as well as the works, equipment, installation and the like to be affected by the construction work.
9.03 Any actionable act or acts of Engr.
Responsibility of the Contractor a) The Contractor shall be entirely responsible for undertaking the work under the Contract as defined in the Contract Schedule of Requirements (Schedule 2).
b) The Contractor shall be responsible for achieving proper completion of the Contract in accordance with its terms and shall be responsible for; • Planning, programming and progressing of the work, within its control, to the satisfaction of the Authority. This includes sub-contracts and appropriate documentation; • Financial Management of the work, including financial control and monitoring of any sub-contracts; • Providing the Authority with the information, on a continuing basis, so as to reasonably assure that work is proceeding to time, cost and performance.
c) If the Contractor fails to complete any part of the work, or supply any of the Articles, as required by this Contract, or to meet any of the acceptance criteria, at Clause 29, and such failure is not caused by undue delays by the Authority, it shall be the responsibility of the Contractor to rectify that failure to the reasonable satisfaction of the Authority, at no additional cost.
d) The Authority reserves the right to refuse payment for alteration or changes made outside of the scope of the Contract, which have not been made in accordance with Clause 6 – Amendments to Contract, or the provisions of Schedule 4 – Contract Change Process.
e) The Authority will not be bound to accept or pay for any Articles other than those authorised in accordance with the Contract. If the Contractor considers that any requirements made by the Authority are NOT in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the Contract, they shall seek the agreement of the Authority’s Representative as to the extent of the application of the requirements to that particular order. (See Clause 8 for definition of the Authority’s Representative).
f) The Contractor shall provide an address, and email and telephone point of contact within the Tender Submission. Unless otherwise notified this shall become the Point of Contact for any resultant Contract.
Responsibility of the Contractor. The Contractor, the Contractor's agents and all workmen and persons employed by or under the control of the Contractor, and all servants and agents of sub-contractors, if any, shall use due care that no person is injured or property damaged and that no rights are infringed in the performance of the work on behalf of Government undertaken in accordance with this Agreement, and the Contractor shall be solely responsible for all damages, by whomsoever made, in respect of any injury to persons or to property of whatever description, and in respect of an infringement of any right, privilege or easement whatsoever, occasioned in carrying on the work or any part thereof, or by any neglect, misfeasance or nonfeasance on the Contractor's part, or on the part of any of the Contractor's agents, workers or persons employed by or under the control of the Contractor or any sub-contractor, their servants or agents, and shall, at the Contractor's own expense, make such temporary provisions as may be necessary to ensure the avoidance of any such damage, injury or infringement, and to prevent the interruption of or damage to the traffic on any public or private road, and to secure to all persons and corporations the uninterrupted enjoyment of all their rights, in and during the performance of any said work.
