The "Graduating Students" clause defines the rights, obligations, or procedures related to students who are completing their academic programs. Graduating Students. Residents graduating within an active Residence Agreement term are permitted to stay in Residence until the conclusion of this agreement term. Should a resident choose to terminate this Agreement early, following their graduation and prior to the end date of the Agreement Term as outlined in the Confirmation Letter, the resident is required to provide 60 days’ notice prior to the proposed date of termination and will be charged a $300.00 Residence Agreement Early Termination Administration fee, (as outlined in paragraph 11.a herein).
Graduating Students. If student is receiving a grade of “I” in the last term of their graduation, conferral of their degree will not be posted until the final grade is submitted for the course.
Graduating Students. All students dropping below full-time status due to graduation at the end of a given semester should be awarded institutional aid according to the number of credit hours they are planning to enroll. All institutional scholarships will be adjusted by the following factors: 11 hours = .69, 10 hours = .62, 9 hours = .56, 8 hours = .50, 7 hours = .44, 6 hours = .37. If a student has less than 6 hours, institutional scholarships are not allowed. For students in their last semester, residing on campus and receiving 100% trustee scholarship, they will receive 100% of the tuition discount, even if they are less than full time. Students must be full time up until their last semester to be eligible for the proration.
Graduating Students. All students dropping below full-time status (1-11 credit hours) due to graduation in their final semester should be awarded institutional aid based on the prorated percentage amount of aid received in the previous semester of full-time enrollment. Students must be full time up until their last semester to be eligible for the proration. An exception to this is for students enrolled in the Elementary Education: Learning Disabilities program. They are allowed to get prorated scholarships based on this formula for the last two semesters prior to graduation. For students in their last semester, residing on campus and receiving 100% trustee scholarship, they will receive 100% of the tuition discount, even if they are less than full time. Any additional exceptions should be limited but will be at the discretion of the Vice President of Admissions or Director of Admissions.
Graduating Students. If you are a continuing resident in an Academic Year contract but graduated at the end of the Fall semester and before the Spring semester then the contract may be cancelled with no penalty.
Graduating Students. If you intend to graduate straight after the Erasmus period you must send all the documents at least 30 days before the beginning of the graduation session. 4.   • Graduation Student must provide an expected graduation date and documentation of degree awarded or to be awarded to DHRL, including proof of timely filing and acceptance of the Intent to Graduate Notice, and must actually graduate on the date shown in the Intent to Graduate Notice. DHRL must receive written notice of cancellation under this paragraph on or before the last day of the graduation application period for the semester Student anticipates graduating. Graduation terminates this Agreement for any semesters commencing after the anticipated graduation date. Student remains responsible for housing rents and assessments for any semesters prior to or including graduation date. Students who are allowed to stay past scheduled move out dates in order to attend or participate in graduation must vacate the residence no later than the day after graduation.

The Board shall adopt a school board policy outlining the teacher’s and the Board’s responsibilities and liabilities.   • Community Based Adult Intensive Service (AIS) and Child and Family Intensive Treatment (CFIT) – AIS/CFIT programs offer services primarily based in the home and community for qualifying adults and children with moderate- to-severe mental health conditions. These programs consist at a minimum of ongoing emergency/crisis evaluations, psychiatric assessment, medication evaluation and management, case management, psychiatric nursing services, and individual, group, and family therapy. This plan covers individual psychotherapy, group psychotherapy, and family therapy when rendered by: • Psychiatrists; • Licensed Clinical Psychologists; • Licensed Independent Clinical Social Workers; • Advance Practice Registered Nurses (Clinical Nurse Specialists/Nurse Practitioners- Behavioral Health); • Licensed Mental Health Counselors; and • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists. This plan covers psychological testing as a behavioral health benefit when rendered by: • neuropsychologists; • psychologists; or • pediatric neurodevelopmental specialists.
