Grant Assurances. This Subgrant Agreement involves the expenditure of federal funds. Therefore, Grantee shall at all times during the execution of this Subgrant Agreement strictly adhere to and comply with all applicable federal laws and regulations, as they currently exist and may hereafter be amended, which are subject to the terms and conditions incorporated either directly or by reference in this Subgrant Agreement.
