Common use of Grant of Exclusive Right Clause in Contracts

Grant of Exclusive Right. Bu Sazişlə SOCAR Podratçıya bu Sazişin şərtlərini əsas götürməklə və onlara uyğun olaraq və Müddət ərzində Kontrakt Sahəsinin hüdudları daxilində və həmin sahə ilə bağlı Neft-qaz Əməliyyatları aparmaq üçün yeganə və müstəsna hüquq verir. Burada xüsusi göstərilən hüquqlar istisna olmaqla, bu Saziş dənizin səthi və dibi, yerin təki, habelə hər hansı digər təbii ehtiyatlar və ya su ehtiyatları ilə bağlı Neft-qaz Əməliyyatlarından savayı hər hansı başqa fəaliyyət növü ilə məşğul olmaq üçün hüquqlar nəzərdə tutmur. SOCAR hereby grants to Contractor the sole and exclusive right to conduct Petroleum Operations within and with respect to the Contract Area subject to and in accordance with the terms of this Contract and during the Term. Except for the rights expressly provided for herein, this Contract shall not include rights for any activity other than Petroleum Operations with respect to surface areas, sea beds, sub-soil or to any other natural resource or aquatic resources.
