Common use of GRANT OF IRU Clause in Contracts

GRANT OF IRU. 2.1 GCCIA hereby agrees to grant, and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ hereby agrees to purchase, an IRU in the Customer IRU Fibers, on and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. 2.2 The Customer IRU Fibers are located along the Route as described in Section 6 of Exhibit (A).
