Effective on the Payment Date, the Grantor grants to the Purchaser, for the term set forth in Section 12 of this Agreement, an IRU in the Purchased Capacity for which payment has been made in accordance with Section 3(b) of this Agreement. Each purchase and grant of an IRU takes place in the United States.
