Common use of Grant of Performance Stock Units Clause in Contracts

Grant of Performance Stock Units. Subject to the Plan and the terms and conditions set forth herein and therein, including the conditions set forth in Section 2 hereof, the Participant is hereby granted Performance Stock Units on the Grant Date as follows. Each Performance Stock Unit represents an unfunded, unsecured right to receive one (1) share of Common Stock on the Payment Date(s) specified in Section 2(d) hereof.
