Performance Period Sample Clauses

Performance Period. This Master Agreement shall be performed during the period which begins Aug 01 2021 and ends Jul 31 2023. All services under this Master Agreement must be rendered within this performance period, unless directly specified under a written change or extension provisioned under Article 21, which shall be fully executed by both parties to this Master Agreement.

Performance Period. For purposes of this Agreement, the term “Performance Period” shall be the period commencing on January 1, 2023 and ending on December 31, 2025.

Performance Period. The RSUs shall vest, if at all, based upon the attainment of specific pre-established financial performance objectives (the “Performance Objectives”) by the Company for the period commencing on [_____date_____] and ending on [_____date + [3]_____] (the “Performance Period”), as set forth in this Section 1.

Performance Period. 6.1. The Contractor is obligated to comply with all deadlines specified in the Contract. The Contractor shall inform E.ON without delay and in text form where circumstances arise or it becomes aware of any circumstances from which it appears that agreed deadlines cannot be met, and reach an agreement with E.ON on a new deadline. For the enforcement of the claims of the parties, the initially agreed deadlines shall apply regardless of the declaration of new deadlines. 6.2. The Contractor may only rely on the absence of required, contractually agreed duties of cooperation on the part of E.ON, if despite being requested in text form the Contractor has not received such within a reasonable period set by the Contractor.

Performance Period. The Performance Period for this Award is the three–year period commencing on January 1, 2015 and ending on December 31, 2017.
