Grant of Restricted Stock Units. The Company, effective as of the date of this Agreement, hereby grants to the Participant Thirty Thousand (30,000) Restricted Stock Units, each Restricted Stock Unit representing the right to receive one share of Common Stock on such date as set forth herein, subject to the terms and conditions contained herein (the “Restricted Stock Units”).
