Grant Performance Period Sample Clauses

The Grant Performance Period clause defines the specific timeframe during which the recipient of a grant is authorized to carry out the funded activities and incur allowable costs. Typically, this period starts on a designated date and ends on another, with all project work, expenditures, and deliverables required to occur within these boundaries. By clearly establishing the start and end dates for grant-related actions, this clause ensures accountability and prevents unauthorized use of funds outside the approved period.
