Grant Schedule. 2.1. Subject to Section 6.2.2 below, the Company shall procure that the Token Entity grants and delivers the Vested Operator Tokens to the Operator, on the first day of each subsequent entire calendar month following the Initial Token Launch (each, a Grant Date), one twelfth (1/12th) of the Vested Operator Tokens such that all of the Vested Operator Tokens have been granted and delivered to the Operator approx. 12 months after the Initial Token Launch.
