Common use of Grantee May Perform Clause in Contracts

Grantee May Perform. If the Grantor fails to perform any agreement contained herein, the Grantee may itself perform, or cause to be performed, such agreement, and the expenses of the Grantee incurred in connection therewith shall be payable by the Grantor.

Grantee May Perform. If the any Grantor fails to perform any agreement contained herein, the Grantee may may, but without any obligation to do so and without notice, itself perform, or cause to be performedperformance of, such agreement, and the expenses of the Grantee incurred in connection therewith shall be payable by the Grantorsuch Grantor under Section 15.

If the Grantor fails to perform any agreement contained hereinherein within a reasonable time after notice of such failure has been provided by Grantee, the Grantee may itself perform, or cause to be performedperformance of, such agreement, and the expenses of the Grantee incurred in connection therewith shall be payable by the Grantor.
