Common use of Grievance and Complaints Clause in Contracts

The Parties agree that to the extent a grievance or complaint may involve employees from both Parties, the LMS Principal and the ▇▇▇▇ Courage School Leader and the directors/executive directors of Human Resources for each Party, to the extent necessary, will collaborate to attempt to resolve the concerns and issues.
