Grievance and Complaints. 6.01 It is the mutual desire of the parties hereto that complaints and grievances relative to this Agreement, or working conditions, generally shall be adjusted as quickly as possible. 6.02 The Grievance and Complaint procedure shall be subject to the rights and procedures of statute and the parties hereto agree that when a difference arises between the parties hereto, or those they represent, in connection with, or relative to, the interpretation, application or administration of this Agreement, including any question as to whether a matter is arbitrable or any decision or award made subsequently thereto, the procedure outlined in Appendix βAβ to this Agreement shall apply.
