Grievance Procedure - STEP I - Employee and Immediate Supervisor. 14.2.1. The employee and/or his/her ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, shall present to his/her supervisor all the facts pertaining to the dispute. 14.2.2. The immediate supervisor shall resolve the dispute at once or notify the employee or his/her representative of the decision within five (5) working days from the day the problem was presented to him/her.
