Grievance System Report. Pursuant to Section 4.14.8.1 the Contractor shall submit a summary of Grievance, Appeals and Administrative Law Hearing requests. The report shall, at a minimum, include the following: · Number of complaints by type; · Type of assistance provided; and · Administrative disposition of the case.
