Grievance Timelines Sample Clauses
The Grievance Timelines clause establishes specific deadlines and procedural timeframes for raising, responding to, and resolving grievances within an organization or contractual relationship. Typically, it outlines how long an individual has to file a grievance after an incident occurs, the period within which the other party must respond, and the maximum duration for the entire resolution process. By setting clear time limits, this clause ensures that grievances are addressed promptly and prevents unnecessary delays, thereby promoting fairness and efficiency in dispute resolution.
