In stations, where Contractor does not provide ground handling services for itself, performance goals as noted in Article VIII.B will be adjusted such that mishandled bag goals will not apply to those departures. United agrees that after *, Contractor's performance criteria used for the purposes of any SECTION C DEFAULT will be adjusted to exclude incidents of non-performance of * and * departures primarily due to the fault of the Ground Handling Provider (as outlined in the aforementioned report).
