Grounds for Discipline. Incompetency, inefficiency, dishonesty, drunkenness, immoral conduct, insubordination, discourteous treatment of the public and/or co-workers, neglect of duty, absence without leave, substance abuse, violation of City or department work rules, regulations, policies, or procedures, failure of good behavior, violation of Chapter 124 or Rules of the Civil Service Commission, or any conduct unbecoming a representative of the Employer, or any other acts of misfeasance or malfeasance or nonfeasance, will be cause for disciplinary action.
