GROUNDS FOR DISMISSAL. Grounds for dismissal or suspension shall be for just cause as it relates to either unsatisfactory performance as determined by an evaluation conducted in accordance with Education Code provisions 44660-44665 and the negotiated contract provision of this Agreement, or one or more of the causes specified in Education Code section 44932.
