STUDENT’S RIGHT TO CANCEL Clause Samples

The STUDENT’S RIGHT TO CANCEL clause grants students the ability to withdraw from an agreement or enrollment within a specified period after signing up. Typically, this clause outlines the timeframe in which cancellation is permitted—often a few days—and may detail the process for notifying the institution, such as submitting a written notice. Its core function is to protect students from being bound to a commitment they may reconsider shortly after enrolling, ensuring they have a fair opportunity to change their minds without penalty.
