Spring Term Clause Samples
The 'Spring Term' clause defines the specific period during which certain contractual obligations or rights are active, typically aligning with the spring academic or calendar term. In practice, this clause might specify that services, payments, or deliverables are due only within the months designated as the spring term, such as January through May. Its core function is to clearly delineate the timeframe for performance or applicability, thereby preventing confusion about when responsibilities begin and end.
