Customer understands that ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and its officers, directors, affiliates, stockholders, representatives, or associated persons may have positions in and may intend to buy or sell Contracts which are the subject of market recommendations furnished to Customer, and that the market positions of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ or any such officer, director, affiliate, stockholder, representative, or associated person may or may not be consistent with the recommendations furnished to Customer by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.
