Common use of Guaranty Irrevocable Clause in Contracts

Guaranty Irrevocable. This Guaranty is a continuing guaranty and shall remain in full force and effect until payment in full of all Liabilities and other amounts payable under this Guaranty and until the Transactions are no longer in effect.

Guaranty Irrevocable.
