Trust Irrevocable Clause Samples

Trust Irrevocable. The Trust, and the schedules hereto, which are hereby incorporated into the Trust, may not be revoked by the Company or Beneficiaries acting as a whole, or the Trustee, except that the Tribunal in its total discretion may direct a termination of the Trust, and order such successive arrangements as are appropriate.

Trust Irrevocable. Except as expressly provided herein, the trust created hereby is irrevocable.

Trust Irrevocable. The trust created hereby is irrevocable by Trustor. All amounts payable by Trustor pursuant to this Deed of Trust shall be paid without notice, demand, counterclaim, setoff, deduction or defense and without abatement, suspension, deferment, diminution or reduction. Trustor hereby waives all rights now or hereafter conferred by statute or otherwise to any abatement, suspension, deferment, diminution or reduction of any amount secured hereby and payable by Trustor to Beneficiary or Trustee.

Trust Irrevocable. Grantor specifically directs that except as otherwise provided herein, the Trust herein created is irrevocable and that there are no conditions or reservations of power in Grantor to revoke, alter, or amend this Agreement, in whole or in part; provided, however, that the Trust may be amended as necessary at any time to obtain a favorable ruling from the Internal Revenue Service with respect to the tax consequences of the establishment and settlement of the Trust, and may be amended by revising or deleting part or all of such terms and provisions of Article VI as may be permitted by the law then applicable to such Article VI subject to the approval of Grantor and Employee. There are no conditions or reservations of power in Grantor to free any or all of the property constituting said Trust estate from the terms of this Trust.

Trust Irrevocable. The Trust shall be irrevocable and shall be held for the exclusive purpose of providing benefits under the Plan to Members and their Beneficiaries and defraying expenses of the Trust in accordance with the provisions of this Trust Agreement. Except as provided in Sections 3.6(c) and 3.6(d) and Articles IX and X hereof, no part of the income or corpus of the Trust Fund shall be recoverable by or for the Company.

Trust Irrevocable. The Trust may not be revoked by the Company, by the Beneficiaries acting as a whole or by the Trustee. Nonetheless, the NEB in the exercise of its statutory authority may direct the termination of the Trust, and order such successive arrangements as are appropriate in view of fulfilling the purpose of the Trust.

Trust Irrevocable. Except as set forth in this Litigation Trust Agreement, establishment of the Trust by this Litigation Trust Agreement shall be irrevocable and shall not be subject to revocation, cancellation or rescission by the Beneficiaries.

Trust Irrevocable. The trust created by this Indenture shall be irrevocable until the indebtedness secured hereby has been fully paid or provision for the payment thereof has been made as provided in this Article X.

Trust Irrevocable. It is expressly agreed that the trusts created in this Deed of Trust by Trustor are irrevocable.
