Guest Count Sample Clauses
The guest-count clause establishes the maximum number of guests permitted to occupy a property or attend an event. Typically, it requires the party responsible—such as a tenant or event organizer—to disclose the expected number of guests in advance and to ensure that this number is not exceeded during the relevant period. This clause helps property owners or hosts manage capacity, comply with safety regulations, and prevent overcrowding, thereby reducing the risk of damage or liability.
