Guest Passes. 3.5.1 Guest Passes may be issued at the discretion of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Commercial Limited only. All passes issued must be used in strict adherence to their terms and conditions without exception. 3.5.2 Passes may be withdrawn without notice at any time.
Guest Passes. Completed Guest Pass requests must be turned in to the N.C. Office for approval prior to purchasing tickets for ANY dance. Once the Guest Pass is approved, a student must bring it with him/her to the Finance Office, in order to buy tickets – tickets for the RHS student and his or her guest MUST be purchased together. Listen to the bulletin or go to the Activities Office for specific deadlines for each dance.

To be honored, the guest list must be provided to the Student Organization no later than one hour prior to the start of the Performance. Guest Passes. Household Maker Members are entitled to 4 guest passes annually; Household PRO Maker Members are entitled to 6 guest passes annually. Guest passes are per person and are good for one day only (defined as midnight to 11:59 pm). Guests must be accompanied by Member at all times when in the Building and makerspace. Unattended guests are strictly forbidden. Guests must be pre-registered with Art Works by Member and must sign a liability waiver prior to their use of the makerspace. Art Works retains the right to suspend any or all of Member’s Membership Benefits if Member’s Membership Dues are in arrears for thirty (30) days or more.
Guest Passes. Licensee may receive, at no additional charge, up to that number of guest passes specified in Section 2 of the Agreement permitting ticketholders for seating in other areas of the Venue limited access to the Suite for a limited period during the Event, as determined in Club’s sole discretion (the “Guest Passes”), which will count toward the maximum Suite seating capacity as set by Club or Venue management. Club reserves the right to revoke any such Guest Passes if Club determines that the Licensee or Guest Pass holder is abusing the privilege to use such Guest Passes, violates Venue Rules, or otherwise engages in any misconduct.

Guest Passes i. Members with Premium and Pro annual memberships are entitled to purchase up to two one day guest passes per year. One Day Guest passes are $20. Guests must be accompanied by the Member in the Workshop at all times and adhere to Community Agreements.
Guest Passes. All bookings for a guest pass are strictly on a booking basis and all entry into the gym must be recorded in our system. You must sign in at reception as a guest on arrival.

  • Laundry Facilities Washers and dryers are installed in each apartment for the exclusive use of students in the apartment. Any other use is prohibited. The use of washers and dryers are free. LINEN: Brighton provides a mattress cover on all mattresses. Students need to bring their own bedding. All beds are regular twin size. The typical cost for replacing a mattress cover is $25.00. MAINTENANCE: Students are responsible to notify the manager in writing as soon as possible if they notice anything in an apartment that requires repair work or maintenance. See “Property Conditions” section 12 of the BYU-Idaho Student Landlord Housing Contract.

  • Load Shedding The Distributor may carry out Load Shedding in the following circumstances: (a) Maintenance of Network equipment: if the Distributor wishes to inspect or effect alterations, maintenance, repairs, or additions to any part of the Network, subject to clauses 4.6, 4.8, 4.10, and Schedule 5 as applicable; (b) Permitted by Service Standards: as permitted by the Service Standards, if the Customer has elected to receive an interruptible or otherwise non-continuous supply of electricity; (c) Compliance with instructions from the System Operator: (i) to comply with a request or instruction received from the System Operator in accordance with the Code; or (ii) if communication with the System Operator has been lost, and the Distributor reasonably believes that, had communication with the System Operator been maintained, the Distributor would have received a request or instruction from the System Operator to shed load in accordance with the Code; (d) Maintain security and safety: to maintain the security and safety of the Network in order to: (i) maintain a safe environment, consistent with the Distributor's health and safety policies; (ii) prevent unexpected short term overloading of the Network; (iii) prevent voltage levels rising or falling outside of legal requirements; (iv) manage System Security; and (v) avoid or mitigate damage to the Network or any equipment connected to the Network; (e) Compliance with the Code: to comply with the Code or the law; or (f) Other circumstances: for any other purpose that, in the Distributor’s reasonable opinion, and in accordance with Good Electricity Industry Practice, requires the interruption or reduction of delivery of electricity to any ICP.

  • Unbundled Loops 2.1.1 BellSouth agrees to offer access to unbundled loops pursuant to the following terms and conditions and at the rates set forth in Attachment 11.

  • Unbundled Digital Loops 2.3.1 BellSouth will offer UDLs. UDLs are service specific, will be designed, will be provisioned with test points (where appropriate), and will come standard with OC and a DLR. The various UDLs are intended to support a specific digital transmission scheme or service. 2.3.2 BellSouth shall make available the following UDLs, subject to restrictions set forth herein:

  • Windows a. Front and rear windshield per California Vehicle Code § 26710. b. Safety glass shall be in all windows. c. Windows shall be operational as originally designed. d. No window tinting on windshield or front side windows per California Vehicle Code § 26708. Any tinting applied to the rear side or rear windows must be light enough to allow any passengers to be viewed from the outside.
