Common use of Guidance Counselors Clause in Contracts

Guidance Counselors. Be it further RESOLVED that said term is interpreted to exclude: (1) All employees holding positions requiring an administrator's certificate to hold the position; and (2) Supervisory personnel, curriculum directors and department heads occupying positions not requiring part-time classroom instruction; and (3) Substitute teachers; and
