Guidance Documents. Applicable guidance documents issued from time-to-time by the US Department of Treasury, including the currently applicable version of the
Guidance Documents. Subrecipient is deemed to have read and understood, and shall abide by, all guidance documents applicable to the CDBG-DR program, including, without limitation:

Guidance Documents. Developer is deemed to have read and understood, and shall abide by, all Guidance Documents applicable to the CDBG-DR program, including, without limitation, the following:
(a) 2 C.F.R. Part 200 – Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards;
(b) the relevant Federal Register publications;
(c) the Action Plan;
(d) Other guidance posted at: ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/2018-floods-2019- disasters/programs/2018-2019-affordable-rental/index.html; and
(e) Other guidance posted at: ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇/. All Guidance Documents identified herein are incorporated herein in their entirety for all purposes.
Guidance Documents. Applicable guidance documents issued from time-to-time by the US Department of Treasury, including the currently applicable version of the Compliance and Reporting Guidance: State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds. This Agreement is also subject to all applicable laws of the State of North Carolina.
Guidance Documents. The Contractor shall perform the services required under this Contract in accordance with the guidance documents and the terms of this Contract. The guidance documents referenced herein shall be provided to the Contractor with each executed Task Assignment. The Department reserves the right to update or amend the guidance documents as needed.

Guidance Documents. The Satellite Institution and Satellite Investigator shall be responsible for the conduct of the Studies at the Satellite Site in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and shall supply all the necessary personnel, equipment and materials (except as may be otherwise provided in a Statement of Work) to conduct the Study. Unless otherwise indicated in a Statement of Work, the Primary Site shall enter into an agreement with the Sponsor that shall cover the Satellite Site’s activities (the “Sponsor Agreement”). The Sponsor Agreement shall further provide the details for providing any Study Drug to the Satellite Site.
