Common use of Guidelines and Criteria Clause in Contracts

Guidelines and Criteria. This Agreement is entered into by the parties consistent with the Gray County Guidelines and Criteria for Granting Tax Abatements. To the extent this Agreement modifies any requirement or procedure set forth in the Gray County Guidelines and Criteria, those Guidelines and Criteria are deemed amended for purposes of this Agreement only.
