H3 Break Sample Clauses

The H3 Break clause establishes the conditions under which a contract or agreement can be terminated or paused at a specific milestone, often referred to as the "H3" stage. In practice, this clause allows either party to review progress, assess deliverables, or reconsider their commitment before proceeding to the next phase of the project. For example, after reaching a certain development or performance milestone, the parties may decide to continue, renegotiate, or end the agreement based on predefined criteria. The core function of the H3 Break clause is to provide a structured opportunity for reassessment, thereby managing risk and ensuring that both parties remain aligned as the project advances.
