The H3 Break clause establishes the conditions under which a contract or agreement can be terminated or paused at a specific milestone, often referred to as the "H3" stage. In practice, this clause allows either party to review progress, assess deliverables, or reconsider their commitment before proceeding to the next phase of the project. H3 Break. The Authority shall have the right to terminate the Contract at any time by giving three (3) Months’ written notice to the Contractor. The Authority may extend the period of notice at any time before it expires, subject to agreement on the level of Services to be provided by the Contractor during the period of extension.
