Handback Requirements. ‌ Upon expiry of the Term, the Contractor shall leave the Schools in the condition required by the Handback Requirements and shall complete all requirements of the Contractor’s Handback on Expiry Plan set forth in Schedule 4 (Contractor’s Management Systems and Plans).
