Common use of Handback Requirements Clause in Contracts

Handback Requirements. The Concessionaire shall provide any and all reasonable assistance to the Contracting Authority that, in the opinion of the Contracting Authority, is necessary to satisfy the Handback ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇ addition to its other responsibilities under article 17, the Concessionaire shall be responsible to fulfill the following requirements (“Handback Requirements”).
