Common use of Handling Agreements Clause in Contracts

Handling Agreements. In the event AIRLINE agrees to ground handle any portion of the operations of another Air Transportation Company, AIRLINE shall provide AUTHORITY advance written notice of such proposed activities, including a description of the type and extent of services to be provided. Notwithstanding the foregoing, AIRLINE shall not ground handle any Air Transportation Company which does not have consent of AUTHORITY for the operation of its Air Transportation Business at the Airport, and a handling agreement between AIRLINE and the Air Transportation Company.

In the event AIRLINE Airline agrees to ground handle any portion of the operations of another Scheduled Air Transportation CompanyCarrier or of a Requesting Airline, AIRLINE Airline shall provide AUTHORITY Authority advance written notice of such proposed activities, including a description of the type and extent of services to be provided. Notwithstanding the foregoingprovisions of the foregoing sentence, AIRLINE Airline shall not commence to ground handle any another Scheduled Air Transportation Company which Carrier or a Requesting Airline without the prior written permission of the Director if such Scheduled Air Carrier or Requesting Airline does not have consent of AUTHORITY for the operation of its Air Transportation Business at the Airport, and a handling in force an operating agreement between AIRLINE and the Air Transportation Companywith Authority.
