Hardware Services. (i) Unlimited hardware repairs on failed or malfunctioning devices. Hardware level parts replacement will be based on the ability to disassemble the device. (ii) Hardware exchange services for malfunctioning devices via client stock and includes peripheral support as well. (iii) Support of devices with mobile data plans and support of those respective vendors. (iv) Assisted support for BYOD devices.
