Software Services Clause Samples
The Software Services clause defines the scope and terms under which software-related services are provided by one party to another. It typically outlines the nature of the services, such as installation, maintenance, support, or customization of software, and may specify service levels, response times, and responsibilities of each party. By clearly delineating what software services are included and the expectations for their delivery, this clause helps prevent misunderstandings and ensures both parties are aligned on the services to be rendered.
