Hosting Providers Sample Clauses

The Hosting Providers clause defines the terms under which third-party companies may be used to host, store, or process data or services on behalf of a contracting party. Hosting Providers. Customer acknowledges that the Service is hosted by third party hosting providers (the “Hosting Contractors”). uConnect may change its Hosting Contractors at any time. Customer’s use of the Service is subject to any applicable restrictions imposed by the Hosting Contractors. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, uConnect shall not be liable for any problems, failures, defects or errors with the Service to the extent caused by the Hosting Contractors. Customer acknowledges that the fees payable for the Service reflect the fact that uConnect is not responsible for the acts and omissions of the Hosting Contractors. uConnect shall require any Hosting Contractor agree to the same restrictions and conditions as are imposed on uConnect by this Agreement.
Hosting Providers. The Nintex Process Platform utilizes Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS) to host its cloud-based capabilities. Security is a shared responsibility between Nintex and its hosting providers Microsoft Azure and AWS. Microsoft Azure and AWS are responsible for the security of its platform, including middleware, the servers and physical security within its data centers.
Hosting Providers. All of the Simpleview products are delivered via cloud hosting environments from either Microsoft or Google. Both of these companies are world leaders in providing flexible computer storage, and networking solutions collectively known as Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and they enable Simpleview to deliver a robust and high-performing hosting solution to the Client. 2.1 Microsoft Azure Cloud (MAC)

Customer acknowledges that the Cloudera SaaS Products may be hosted by third-party hosting providers (the “Hosting Providers”). Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, Cloudera will not be liable for any problems, failures, defects, or errors with the Cloudera SaaS Product to the extent caused by Hosting Providers. The parties acknowledge that the fees charged for the Cloudera SaaS Product reflect the fact that Cloudera is not responsible for the acts or omissions of Hosting Providers.
Hosting Providers. The Processor relies on one or more hosting services to use and manage the hosting platform on which the Service is run.

  • Third Party Service Providers Unless otherwise prohibited by Apple in the Documentation or this Agreement, You are permitted to employ or retain a third party (“Service Provider”) to assist You in using the Apple Software and Services provided pursuant to this Agreement, including, but not limited to, engaging any such Service Provider to maintain and administer Your Applications’ servers on Your behalf, provided that any such Service Provider’s use of the Apple Software and Services or any materials associated therewith is done solely on Your behalf and only in accordance with these terms. Notwithstanding the foregoing, You may not use a Service Provider to submit an Application to the App Store or use TestFlight on Your behalf. You agree to have a binding written agreement with Your Service Provider with terms at least as restrictive and protective of Apple as those set forth herein. Any actions undertaken by any such Service Provider in relation to Your Applications or use of the Apple Software or Apple Services and/or arising out of this Agreement shall be deemed to have been taken by You, and You (in addition to the Service Provider) shall be responsible to Apple for all such actions (or any inactions). In the event of any actions or inactions by the Service Provider that would constitute a violation of this Agreement or otherwise cause any harm, Apple reserves the right to require You to cease using such Service Provider.

  • Service Providers Provider shall enter into written agreements with all Service Providers performing functions pursuant to this Agreement, whereby the Service Providers agree to protect Student Data in manner no less stringent than the terms of this DPA. The list of Provider’s current Service Providers can be accessed through the Provider’s Privacy Policy (which may be updated from time to time).

  • Providers Services performed by a provider who has been excluded or debarred from participation in federal programs, such as Medicare and Medicaid. To determine whether a provider has been excluded from a federal program, visit the U.S. Department of Human Services Office of Inspector General website (▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇▇/) or the Excluded Parties List System website maintained by the U.S. General Services Administration (▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇.gov/). • Services provided by facilities, dentists, physicians, surgeons, or other providers who are not legally qualified or licensed, according to relevant sections of Rhode Island Law or other governing bodies, or who have not met our credentialing requirements. • Services provided by a non-network provider, unless listed as covered in the Summary of Medical Benefits. • Services provided by naturopaths, homeopaths, or Christian Science practitioners.
