Software as a Service. If an Order provides Customer with a right to access and use Software installed on equipment hosted by Provider or its suppliers (“SaaS Software”), the License for such SaaS Software shall be granted for the duration of the term stated in the Order (the “SaaS Term”), as such SaaS Term may be extended by automatic or agreed upon renewals. If any item of On-Premises Software to be installed on Customer’s equipment is provided in connection with SaaS Software, the License duration for such Software shall be for the corresponding SaaS Term, and Customer shall promptly install any updates to such Software as may be provided by Provider. “SaaS Environment” means the systems to which Customer is provided access in connection with its use of the SaaS Software.
Software as a Service. In the case of any Software as a Service, such Software may be substituted for another Software as a Service or Service at any point in time and as determined by Network Rail, in accordance with the following principles (as applicable):
Software as a Service. (i) Subject to the applicable license or use terms and conditions for the functionality provided (the “License Terms”), Customer will be provided with software applications and other computing or networking resources in order to perform various cloud computing processes that may include but are not limited to the following: disaster recovery, back-up and recovery, security, data vaulting and monitoring. (ii) Provisioning of the Software as a Service applications may be through one or more of the following methods: Third Party Products, custom software development, integration services, implementation services, general consulting services and/or technical support. The License Terms for each of the Software as a Service functions will be set forth in an exhibit to the applicable Service Order defining the Software as a Service functionality.
Software as a Service. If an Order provides Customer with a right to access and use Software installed on equipment operated by Provider or its suppliers (“SaaS Software”), (i) the License for such SaaS Software shall be granted for the duration of the term stated in the Order (the “SaaS Term”), as such SaaS Term may be extended by automatic or agreed upon renewals, and (ii) the terms set forth in the Software as a Service Addendum available at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/legal/saas-addendum.aspx (the “SaaS Addendum”) which are incorporated herein and made part of this Agreement. If any item of Software to be installed on Customer’s equipment is provided in connection with SaaS Software, the License duration for such Software shall be for the corresponding SaaS Term, and Customer shall promptly install any updates to such Software as may be provided by Provider.
Software as a Service credits The annual Service Credits are capped at thirty (30) days per annum.
Software as a Service. For Software as a Service, the General Terms and Conditions of Section A and the terms of Section C apply to you. REVENUE CYCLE MANAGEMENT SERVICE: For the Revenue Cycle Management Service, the General Terms and Conditions of Section A and the terms of Section C and D apply to you. PRE-CERTIFICATION SERVICE: For the Pre-Certification Service, the General Terms and Conditions of Section A and the terms of Section C and E apply to you.

Software as a Service. If an Order provides Customer with a right to access and use Software installed on equipment operated by Quest or its suppliers (“SaaS Software”), (i) the License for such SaaS Software shall be granted for the duration of the term stated in the Order (the “SaaS Term”), as such SaaS Term may be extended by agreed upon renewals, and (ii) the terms set forth in the SaaS Provisions Section of this Agreement shall apply to all use of such Software. If any On-Premise Software is provided in connection with SaaS Software, the License duration for such On-Premise Software shall be for the corresponding SaaS Term, and Customer shall promptly install any updates to the On-Premise Software provided by Quest.
Software as a Service. If an Order provides Customer with a right to access and use Software installed on equipment operated by Provider or its suppliers (“SaaS Software”), (i) the License for such SaaS Software shall be granted for the duration of the term stated in the Order (the “SaaS Term”), as such SaaS Term may be extended by automatic or agreed upon renewals, and (ii) the terms set forth in the SaaS Provisions Section of this Agreement shall apply to all access to and use of such Software. Software as a Service. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Addendum, we agree to provide you with the POS Software Monitor software application, including all updates, upgrades, new versions, and other enhancements or improvements thereto (the "Software"), to the extent the applicable fees are paid. You hereby authorize us or our vendors to begin scanning immediately upon your installation and/or deployment of the Software. The Software can only be used with certain computer operating systems. It is your responsibility to ensure that your computer has the software in order to use the POS Software Monitor.
