IN TIME Clause Samples
The "IN TIME" clause establishes specific deadlines or timeframes within which certain actions or obligations must be performed under the contract. Typically, it applies to the delivery of goods, completion of services, or submission of required documents, ensuring that these tasks are completed by agreed-upon dates. By clearly defining when contractual duties must be fulfilled, this clause helps prevent delays, promotes accountability, and reduces the risk of disputes related to timing.
