Software Services. Data Virtuality will make the Licensed Software available for Client’s use, at Client’s option, either (i) as Software as a Service (“SasS”), as more particularly described either in the Data Virtuality Pipes Professional SaaS Contract (as applicable) or the subscription information for SaaS contracts (if the contract is concluded online), directly or indirectly hosted by Data Virtuality, or (ii) via delivery to Client by Data Virtuality either through a browser based web interface and log-in or of installation-ready software and application documentation on a data medium or as a download.
