Standard Specification. Standard Specification means a Specification listed in Schedule H – Drawings and Specifications as a standard Specification, as the same may be amended, supplemented or replaced from time to time by the Owner. Standard Specification. The Standard Specification consists of Definitions, General Conditions, Supplementary General Conditions, Measurement and Payment, General Requirements, other technical specifications and standard details developed by the Nova Scotia Road Builders Association and the Consulting Engineers of Nova Scotia Joint Committee on Contract Documents and published with the title of Standard Specification for Municipal Services.
