Common use of Harmonious Workplace Clause in Contracts

Harmonious Workplace. The parties recognize that mutual dignity and respect between the Artist(s) and the Employer is vital to and engenders a healthy, productive, and harmonious work environment. The parties to this Agreement collectively, individually, and responsibly adhere to this ideal. All staff and Artists should be treated with professional respect and courtesy at all times. Any grievance or complaint arising from a substantive infraction of the above, will be swiftly, effectively and mutually resolved by AGMA and the Employer.
