Hart-▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇. ▇s soon as possible after the date hereof, each of PSINet and IXC shall cause its ultimate parent to prepare and file all documents with the Federal Trade Commission and the United States Department of Justice as is required to comply with the Hart-▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇itrust Improvements Act of 1976 ("Hart-▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇") and thereafter shall cause its ultimate parent to promptly furnish all materials thereafter requested by any of the regulatory agencies having jurisdiction over such filings.
