HCFA. The Health Care Financing Administration which is the agency of the federal government responsible for administration of the Medicare Benefit program.

HCFA. As of January 1, 2002 (or such other date as Millipore and Mykrolis may mutually agree), Mykrolis shall assume all liabilities relating to, arising out of, or resulting from claims, if any, under the HCFA data match reports that relate to Mykrolis Employees.

HCFA. As of the Distribution Date, Zimmer shall assume all Liabilities relating to, arising out of or resulting from claims verified by Zimmer or ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇ Squibb under the HCFA data match reports that relate to Active Zimmer Employees and their beneficiaries regardless of the date the claim was incurred.
