Administration Of The. Contract GC2.1 - Authority Of The Consultant‌‌ 2.1.1. The Consultant will have authority to act on behalf of the Owner only to the extent provided in the Contract Documents, unless otherwise modified by written agreement as provided in paragraph 2.1.2. 2.1.2. The duties, responsibilities, and limitations of authority of the Consultant as set forth in the Contract Documents shall be modified or extended only with the written consent of the Owner, the Consultant, and the Contractor.
Administration Of The. Funds Section 1.01. (a) For the purpose of this Agreement, Sweden shall deposit fifteen million Swedish kroner (SEK 15,000,000) (the Grant) into the International Development Association’s Cash Account "T" (No. 89501-00225) which is maintained with Sveriges Riksbank (the T-Account). (b) When making the deposit, Sweden will notify Sveriges Riksbank to advise the Association’s Cash Management Department as to the amount deposited; that it is from Sweden for the Structural Adjustment Program in Uganda, Project No. 27933, and the date of the deposit. (c) When arranging for the deposits Sweden shall send a fax of the deposit instruction to the Office of Trust Funds Administrator at the World Bank utilizing Fax No. (202) ▇▇▇- ▇▇▇▇. (d) The Grant shall be deposited into the T-Account promptly after the effectiveness of this Agreement. The Grant funds will be kept separate and apart from the funds of the Association. The Grant funds may be commingled with other trust funds assets maintained in the T-Account. The funds in the T- Account may be freely exchanged by the Association into other currencies as may facilitate their disbursement.
Administration Of The. The fund will be administered by a committee of four members from the bargaining unit and the Manager Staff Services or designate. The Bargaining Unit membership shall be made up of one elementary school secretary, one secondary school secretary, one educational assistant, and one Unit member from the Education Centre. Any employee on this committee must have completed their probationary period with Board. Representatives will serve for a two year period with a suitable turnover each calendar year. The secretary of the fund shall hold this position for two years. The cost of any supply employees required to enable staff to attend conferences or courses will be levied against the fund. Subsidization of any course will require successful completion of the course. Subsidization for accommodation, registration fees and tuition fees will require receipts to be submitted to the secretary of the committee and subsequently to the Education Centre. Payment of accommodation and food will be made at the end of the calendar year and will be dependent upon any monies being left in the fund. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ left in the fund will be divided equally among those attending conferences. Submissions to the Education Centre for subsidization must be certified and forwarded by the secretary of the committee. All applications to the committee for subsidization the fund shall be made on a standard form available at each location. All submissions to the Education Centre from the secretary of the committee shall be made on the standard form with appropriate receipts attached. An annual report to the Director listing conferences, participants, and subsidy from the fund will be filed by January each year by the Secretary.

  • Administration of the Bank a. The Committee maintains records of employees participating, receives requests, verifies validity, approves, and communicates actions to members and to the District. b. Decisions will be final and made in writing to the applicant within ten (10) working days of the application to the Committee. c. All requests and actions by the Committee will be confidential. d. The District will keep records and notify the Committee monthly of new members and days remaining in the Bank. e. If the Catastrophic Leave Program is discontinued, the Committee will continue to administer Catastrophic Leave days until the days in the Bank are exhausted. f. In order to protect someone from being charged an extra day when not necessary, the Committee shall set the maximum number of days in the bank after the first year of experience. If the number of days accumulated exceeds the maximum number of days, no contributions will be assessed except for new members wishing to join the bank.

  • ADMINISTRATION OF THE CONTRACT 2.2.1 The Architect will provide administration of the Contract as hereinafter described. 2.2.2 The Architect will be the State's representative during construction and until final payment is due. The Architect will advise and consult with the State. The State's instructions to the Contractor shall be forwarded through the Architect. The Architect will have authority to act on behalf of the State only to the extent provided in the Contract Documents, unless otherwise modified by written instrument in accordance with Subparagraph 2.2.10. 2.2.3 The Architect will visit the site at intervals appropriate to the stage of construction to familiarize himself or herself generally with the progress and quality of the Work and to determine in general if the Work is proceeding in accordance with the Contract Documents. However, the Architect will not be required to make exhaustive or continuous on-site inspections to check the quality or quantity of the Work. On the basis of his or her on-site observations as an architect, he or she will keep the State informed of the progress of the Work, and will endeavor to guard the State against defects and deficiencies in the Work of the Contractor. 2.2.4 The Architect will not be responsible for and will not have control or charge of construction means, methods, techniques, sequences or procedures, or for safety precautions and programs in connection with the Work, and he or she will not be responsible for the Contractor's failure to carry out the Work in accordance with the Contract Documents. The Architect will not be responsible for or have control or charge over the acts or omissions of the Contractor, 2.2.5 The Architect shall at all times have access to the Work wherever it is in preparation and progress. The Contractor shall provide facilities for such access so the Architect may perform his or her functions under the Contract Documents.

  • Administration of the Plan Subject to the final authority of the Board, the administration of the plan shall be vested in the Human Resources Department. The Human Resources Department shall keep a record of the credits and deductions for each employee and shall provide a statement in hours to each employee annually of the state of their credit under the plan.
