Head of Operations. The Head of Operations, Salford Directorate has overall responsibility for integrated mental health and social care services in Salford and is accountable to the Chief Executive of the Trust.   • PERIOD OF OPERATION Subject to certification, this Agreement shall come into force from the first pay period commencing on or after 1st December 2002 and shall remain in force until 31 October 2005.
