Header and Footer Clause Samples

The "Header and Footer" clause defines the standardized information that appears at the top (header) and bottom (footer) of each page of a document. Typically, this includes details such as the document title, version number, date, confidentiality notices, or page numbers, which are automatically repeated on every page. By establishing consistent headers and footers, this clause ensures that important identifying information is always visible, aiding in document organization, version control, and reducing the risk of confusion or misplacement.
Header and Footer a) The Header should have “Project Identification Form” above the header line. b) The Footer should have the “Job Number…” aligned left and a page number aligned right (not Page 1 of 2). Both should be below the footer line.
