HEALTH AND SAFETY FILE. The Contractor’s health and safety file is separate from the Contractor’s health and safety plan. The Contractor’s health and safety file is progressively populated with checks and inspections, as indicated in the Contractor’s health and safety plan. Any drawings, designs, materials used, structural integrity testing and any other similar information applicable to the project will be placed on the Contractor’s health and safety file.
