Health Benefit Coverage for Employees Not Otherwise Covered Clause Samples

This clause establishes provisions for providing health benefits to employees who are not eligible for coverage under the employer’s standard health insurance plans. It typically outlines alternative arrangements, such as offering a stipend, reimbursement, or access to a separate health plan for these employees, which may include part-time, temporary, or contract workers. The core function of this clause is to ensure that all employees receive some form of health benefit, thereby promoting fairness and compliance with applicable laws or company policies.
