Health Check. The health check will consist of five (5) phases which BlueVoyant will conduct over the course of five (5) days (note: a separate statement of work is required for each Health Check):

Health Check. In KPN Academy you may also opt for a health check that you pay for out of your Employability Budget. If, after this health check, you are advised to follow a ‘care or lifestyle trajectory’, as referred to on TEAMKPN Online, KPN will offer you this trajectory and reimburse you for it.

Health Check. The Executive is eligible for an annual voluntary health check with a medical adviser appointed and paid for by the Company.

Health Check. It is mandatory that you allow Us to perform a Health Check for the products intended to be covered under the Service Maintenance within 30 days of your signing up for the Service and confirmation of payment to us. Upon confirmation of payment to us and upon registration, our call centre will contact You to confirm the timing to perform the Health Check. You will also be requested to provide confirmation prior to the Health Check that that the products are working and you will be reminded that that if such products are not working, they will be excluded from the Service Maintenance Plan and you may incur additional charges for the call-out of the repairer if you proceed with the Health Check and decide to terminate the Service Maintenance Plan as a result of any products being excluded. If you do not arrange for the Health Check within the period stated above, We shall, at our discretion have the right but not the obligation to terminate the Service Maintenance Plan with immediate effect and return to you your payment less an administration charge of S$20 or decline a claim until such Health Check has been duly completed. Upon a Health Check being performed, the following shall apply:

Health Check. A review of the Salesforce environment (and potential integrations) to check whether everything is functioning correctly. Possible risks, weaknesses, or optimization opportunities are identified during this process. A health check can focus on performance, security, usability, or technical stability.

Health Check. If requested, we may perform a periodic “Health Check” of your implementation of the Software. This includes a limited automated review of the installation, configuration and performance of the Software. We will provide you with a summary report following completion of the Health Check. Provision of the Health Check (including any associated report) is provided “as is” and entirely without warranty. Health Check reports are informational only and are not recommendations or professional advice. The responsibility for any investigation or action indicated by the Health Check report is entirely your responsibility. Should you request us to provide analysis or service(s) indicated as necessary by the Health Check report, that analysis or those services will be provided on agreed terms and rates under a separate statement of work.

Health Check. A daily check of each child’s health will take place before they proceed into the classroom. This procedure is to be done in accordance with the Title 22 California State regulation 101226.1. No child shall be accepted without contact between center staff and the person bringing the child to the center. NCP requires the person bringing the child remain until the child is accepted. Staff to perform the following checks daily and any child exhibiting one or more of the conditions below will not be admitted to the center for the day: ● Collecting information from the child’s parent/guardian regarding well-being (particularly if a child has been out of school due to illness or contagious disease). ● Observing the child’s eyes for dilation, redness, swelling, discharge, etc. ● Taking the child’s temperature. Free from fever with a temperature of 100+/orally or 100 on the forehead. Remain at home until fever is gone for at least 24 hours without the use of reducing medication. ● Free from vomiting or diarrhea. Remain at home until free from vomiting and/or diarrhea for 24 hours without medication. ● Checking for cuts or scrapes. ● Checking the child’s scalp. ● Checking for discolored mucus, or sore throat due to illness. ● Checking for listlessness or signs of illness (coughing, sneezing, etc.) ● Checking for rashes or blisters. ● Ensuring children are dressed for the day’s weather (to include sunscreen).

Health Check. Upon a child’s arrival to the home child care, the provider shall do a health check on the child.
